お名前、連絡先、希望時期を問い合わせフォームからご連絡いただき、その後、作品や使用方法が分かる資料をメール、もしくは郵送して頂く流れとなります。

お支払い
日時が決定後、事前に指定口座へご入金。

基本借主の方に常駐していただきますが、難しい場合は事前にご相談ください。
住宅地にありますので、大きな音が出る利用はご遠慮しております。

Our space is available for 1-7 days for expression, exhibitions, pop-up store use, etc. The empty days in the schedule on the HOME screen of the website are available, so please feel free to contact us for more information.

Possible to change the hours of use (e.g. 9:00~18:00, 11:00~20:00).

When using the premises for exhibitions, pop-ups and other events, the premises must be returned to their current state and handed over by 20:00 on the last day of use.

PERIOD OF USE

Weekdays 1 day: 22,000 yen including tax

Weekends and public holidays 1 day: 27,500 yen incl. tax

1 week (6 days including Saturdays and Sundays): 121,000 yen incl. tax

APPLICATION

Please contact us using the enquiry form with your name, contact details and preferred date and time, after which you will be asked to email or post materials showing your work and how it is used.

PAYMENT

After the date and time have been decided, payment must be made in advance to the designated account.

ETC

Basically, the tenant is expected to be present, but if this is difficult, please consult with us in advance.

As the property is located in a residential area, loud noises are not permitted.
