イギリスのグラフィック・アーティスト。個人的にスケッチや絵画も描いていたバブルスは、1970年代から1980年代にかけてのイギリスのインディペンデント・ミュージック・シーンに関連するデザイン活動への独特の貢献で最もよく知られている。シンボルやなぞなぞをふんだんに使ったレコード・スリーブは、彼の最もよく知られた作品である。代表作品として70’sパンクバンド、ダムド、エルヴィス・コステロ、ジェレーションＸ、ニック・ロウなどのアートワークを手がける。

British graphic artist. Bubbles, who also did personal sketches and paintings, is best known for his distinctive contribution to design work associated with the British independent music scene in the 1970s and 1980s. His record sleeves, rich in symbols and riddles, are his best-known work. His best-known work includes artwork for 70's punk bands The Damned, Elvis Costello, Geration X and Nick Lowe.
