PUNKTUREでは「GENERAL STORE」と題し、イギリス人アーティスト、Martin Creed（マーティン・クリード）とBilly Childish（ビリー・チャイルディッシュ）の作品を中心に、アート、音楽、デザインにまつわる作品やアイテムを販売いたします。

Martin Creedは、日常的な素材や行為、音、言葉などを用いた作品で知られ、2001年にターナー賞を受賞。美術活動と並行して音楽活動も続け、アートと音楽を横断する独自の活動を展開しています。今回は、100枚限定で制作されたレコード作品より、Creed本人が一枚ずつ直接ペイントしたレコードスリーブ作品2点。

Billy Childishは、1970年代後半から音楽、絵画、詩、写真、出版など幅広い分野で活動を続けるイギリス人アーティスト／ミュージシャンです。Thee HeadcoatsやThe Milkshakesなど数多くのバンドで活動する一方、画家・版画家としても長年にわたり作品を発表しています。今回は、風景や静物をモチーフとしたサイン入りのアーカイブ・ピグメントプリント4点と、作家自身による手彩色が施された26点限定のエッチング1点、計5点。

また、前回に引き続きLinderの作品や関連アイテム、PUNKTUREがセレクトしたヴィンテージ・パンク・レコードも販売いたします。

PUNKTURE presents “GENERAL STORE,” featuring works by British artists Martin Creed and Billy Childish, alongside a selection of art, music and design-related works and items available for sale.

Martin Creed is known for his work using everyday materials, actions, sound and language, and was awarded the Turner Prize in 2001. Alongside his visual art practice, he has continued to make music, developing a distinctive body of work that crosses between art and music. For GENERAL STORE, PUNKTURE presents two record sleeve works from an edition of 100, each individually hand-painted by Creed.

Billy Childish is a British artist and musician who has worked across painting, printmaking, music, poetry, photography and publishing since the late 1970s. Alongside his work with numerous bands including Thee Headcoats and The Milkshakes, he has maintained an extensive practice as a painter and printmaker. Presented here are signed archival pigment prints featuring landscapes and still lifes, together with a hand-coloured etching from an edition of just 26 — five works in total.

Also available are works and related items by Linder, continuing from the previous GENERAL STORE, together with a selection of vintage punk records curated by PUNKTURE.

現在、CHANEL Nexus Hallで展示を開催中のイギリス人コラージュアーティスト、Linder（リンダー）を中心とした企画展を開催いたします。

Linderは、1977年にリリースされたマンチェスターのパンクバンド Buzzcocks のシングル 『Orgasm Addict』 のジャケットアートワークを、グラフィックデザイナー Malcolm Garrett と共同制作したことで広く知られています。その後もイギリスをはじめヨーロッパを中心に高い評価を受け、今年6月には国内初個展を KYOTOGRAPHIE で開催。現在は CHANEL Nexus Hall にて展示を開催するなど、国内外で注目を集めています。

PUNKTUREでは、Linderの作品を中心に展示・販売するとともに、関連グッズやヴィンテージ・パンク・レコードも販売いたします。

PUNKTURE is pleased to present a special exhibition featuring works by the British collage artist Linder, who is currently exhibiting at CHANEL Nexus Hall in Tokyo.

Linder first gained international recognition in 1977 through her collaboration with graphic designer Malcolm Garrett on the artwork for Buzzcocks' iconic single Orgasm Addict. Since then, her work has been exhibited extensively throughout the UK and Europe. Earlier this year, she held her first solo exhibition in Japan as part of KYOTOGRAPHIE and is now exhibiting at CHANEL Nexus Hall in Tokyo.

This exhibition at PUNKTURE presents a selection of works by Linder, alongside related publications, merchandise, and a curated selection of vintage punk records.
